Liam commenced his construction career in Ireland before relocating to the UK in 1987. He spent 15 years with McCarthy and Stone, who at the time were the UK’s largest retirement developer as Construction / Commercial Director, responsible for the successful construction and sale of new developments.
In 2002 he was appointed Construction Director with David Wilson Homes, (then known as Wilson Boden), working on both open market and retirement living developments.
An invitation from John McCarthy saw Liam take up the role of Managing Director at Churchill Retirement Living, with responsibility for the head office region. On his departure from Churchill Liam used his extensive experience and finely tuned skills to set up his own company. Delivering high-quality projects in Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Dorset, before embarking on the concept of Eden Retirement Living and Four Quarters Developments.
Liam has been extensively involved in all facets of property development, overseeing the delivery of over 10,000 units across the UK since 1987. With numerous industry awards to his name, Liam has selected a team of like-minded professionals to create an agile, residential-led development group in both the Four Quarters Developments and Eden Retirement Living business that he proudly oversees today.
