In 2002 he was appointed to the role of Construction Director with David Wilson Homes, then known as Wilson Boden, working on a variety of open market and retirement living developments. John McCarthy invited Liam to take up the role of Managing Director at Churchill Retirement Living, with personal responsibility for the success of the head office region.
Liam left Churchill a few years later, to use his extensive experience and finely tuned skill as director of his own company. He went on to deliver high-quality projects in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset, before embarking on the concept of Eden Retirement Living and Four Quarters Developments.
He has been extensively involved in all facets of property development, which includes the delivery of over 10,000 units across the UK since 1987. With numerous industry awards to his name, Liam has selected a team of like-minded professionals to create an agile, residential-led development group.
