As the firm’s Construction / Commercial Director, Liam was responsible for the successful construction and sale of new developments.

In 2002 he was appointed to the role of Construction Director with David Wilson Homes, then known as Wilson Boden, working on a variety of open market and retirement living developments. John McCarthy invited Liam to take up the role of Managing Director at Churchill Retirement Living, with personal responsibility for the success of the head office region.

Liam left Churchill a few years later, to use his extensive experience and finely tuned skill as director of his own company. He went on to deliver high-quality projects in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset, before embarking on the concept of Four Quarters Developments.

He has been extensively involved in all facets of property development, which includes the delivery of over 10,000 units across the UK since 1987. With numerous industry awards to his name, Liam has selected a team of like-minded professionals to create an agile, residential-led development group.

With a doctorate in law from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, Mario has a successful career in the legal and financial services sectors. From 1993 until 2001, he became a partner in law firm Advocatur Seeger Frick & Partner AG and since 2008 he has been the Chairman of Bank Frick & Co. AG.

With Bank Frick having an active presence in London, Mario took an interest in successful real estate projects with Liam Kelly and George Dhillon. This led to the decision to widen his involvement in the company. Mario brings extensive experience and knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of building construction to the Four Quarters team.

George has over 20-years’ experience in both civil engineering and building works. To list a few clients that he has managed projects for: Higgins, Seaton Point – Hackney, Angel Town Estate – Brixton, Mount Anvil, Clapton regeneration of voids, Balfour Beatty, Heathrow Express and Piccadilly Line T5, Amec, Substations and Northern Taxi Corridor T5.

George has also been involved on major infrastructure projects at various levels and stages, which include Terminal 5, Kings Cross, Waterloo Station and Darrenth Valley Hospital. In January 2006, George was part of the team, which set the UK record for pumping and the placement of concrete in a tunnel at 1.9km. He has also been accredited with many SHEQ awards by BAA.

In the later part of his career, George has been involved in residential-led projects for his own company and other clients. During this stage he has extensively involved in all facets of property development, which included land acquisition, planning, funding and construction.

George joined the team in February 2014, and has enjoyed working alongside his team in engineering solutions to complex construction projects.

Ian specialises in commercial management within the construction industry and has over 25 years experience in the property development and contracting sectors. This includes five years with McCarthy and Stone where he oversaw all commercial aspects of a variety of projects, from budget preparation through to procurement and detailed cost management.

Ian has also worked for leading house builder Barrett Homes, and spent five years as commercial manager for Churchill Retirement Living, with responsibility for controlling on-site commercial management through to reporting to the company directors at group level.
