We acquired this historical site in 2014, when it originally comprised of two separate titles in the picturesque village of Cerne Abbas.

Cerne Abbas is situated in a valley, surrounded by gentle hills typical of the West Dorset countryside. There is an extensive range of public footpaths and bridleways throughout the village and walks to suit every taste.

It boasts a bustling community of over 800 people with a flourishing school, a rural Post Office, the village stores, a local tourist information point, three historic public houses, tearooms and a number of other shops adding to its attraction.

Planning was granted for our site after successful planning and listed building consent was obtained for us to covert these properties into three separate houses… part of the buildings’ history dates back to 16th Century, whilst the remainder has been Grade II listed.

The buildings required a total refurbishment and we worked closely with the relevant authorities to ensure our development retained its historical significance, whilst offering all the convenience and comfort of modern living.

Each property have been fitted with a comprehensive range of Shaker style fitted units fitted with solid timber doors, quartz work surfaces and a wealth of integral Neff appliances. For further details on each, please see below.
