Age UK’s website has some great advice and guidance on looking after yourself during this time. You can also call their helpline for more information, between 8 am and 7 pm every day of the year.

The urgent treatment centre is still open from 10 am to 6.30 pm daily for a range of minor injuries, such as allergic reactions, bruising, and sprains and strains.
