The investors intend to revisit the project as a care home. The proposed care capacity, revised design and appraisal remain to be confirmed and will be shaped through the planning process.
A considered route to delivery.
An anticipated planning period from Q1 2027 is followed by a prospective construction programme. Operation is targeted from Q1 2030, subject to revised consent, funding and delivery.
