George co-founded Eden in 2017, bringing more than 25 years of experience in civil engineering, residential construction and project management. He leads Eden’s development and operating strategy, aligning acquisition and viability with funding, delivery and long-term asset management.
His work includes development debt negotiations, equity and joint venture structuring, operational business planning and portfolio strategy.

Hiten Raghwani
Co-Director, Construction & Delivery
Hiten leads construction delivery across Eden’s residential developments, coordinating consultants and contractors from design through to handover. His experience includes property development with Rateneed and construction management at Four Quarters.
He brings expertise in mechanical and electrical design, building performance and energy efficiency, alongside programme, cost and quality control.

Ian Gerrard
Commercial & Financial Control
Ian brings more than 30 years of experience in surveying, procurement and commercial management across residential, retirement living and public-sector development. He established IDG Surveying in 2014, providing strategic and operational support to Eden and Four Quarters.
His background includes senior commercial roles at Kier and Churchill Retirement Living, with responsibility for budgeting, procurement, financial control and board reporting.
